E&K Products' Technical Department is engaged in research, development
and technical service related to E&K's polyurethane products. The company's technical staff interface with OEM customers to produce chemical systems that meet the customers' needs. The technical staff also performs quality control tests of chemicals. E&K believes that its success and the extent to which the Company's products will be accepted by OEM's will depend, to a large extent, upon E&K's ability to serve its customers and respond to questions regarding the Company's products. E&K believes that implementation of its strategy requires close cooperation with potential customers in confidential areas of polyurethane specifications and mold designs, as well as in the production of samples that exhibit visual and other characteristics necessary to satisfy OEM requirements
