Polyurethane Elastomers

An elastomeric polyurethane is a resin with approximately zero porosity, that is, a solid piece of plastic. Elastomers tend to be sold for the highest margins of the various types of polyurethane systems, and E&K is focussing its efforts on this segment of the polyurethane market. Among the products made from the company's elastomeric systems are molds and liners for casting concrete in the construction industry, caster wheel treads, polyurethane molds and castings, adhesives used in filters, and sporting goods (including inline skate wheels, airless tires, binders of rubber granules). E&K offers sprayable elastomers, which are used for coating the insides of items including sewer pipes and produce trucks, and are used to produce architectural scenery for movie sets. E&K also provides systems for concrete and asphalt repair for roads, bridges and runways in the airports.

E&K elastomers will meet required customer specifications, will be safer to use, environmentally friendly and also user friendly, high-quality elastomers, at a reasonable price - made with materials safer for both the environment and workers. And again, E&K tailors its products.
